He believes he needs to fight to protect Orcs, Tieflings and others races that the evil humans kill for no reason at all. However his methods of doing so are usually highly destructive and be belives that might makes rignt.

Background:
O'grog, a baby, was found near the body of a woman wearing Luskan clothes in the spine of the world mountains in mid winter by hunters from an Orc Tribe called the Red Fist. The Luskan woman was not dressed for winter at all and none could figure out how she would get so far into the wild mountains where humans rarely travel with no winter clothing.

He was raised in the Red Fist tribe as one of their own by a tribes woman, taking in their culture and beliefs. One of them being that all humans are vicious murderers who eat their first born child and kill other races just to sate sadistic pleasure.

As be grew he became one of the the best hunters in the clan, leading many hunting parties to find food in the snow caped mountains.

One day he returned form a hunting trip with his party to have his first encounter with humans. A human adventuring party came in and killed all the Orcs in the clan, including women and children, stealing anything valuable that they found. As he returned the humans where sitting around joking with one another joking about the fight.

Upon seeing all they loved dead the Orc hunters went into a wild frenzy and attacked the humans, but they had never encounter magic before and where no match for the wizard and cleric of the party, just stunned most of them so the others could cut them down. O'grog was mortally wounded and unconscious.

A druid who was friendly with the Orc tribe happened upon the scene. He found O'grog and healed his wounds saving his life. He took O'grog with him into his grove. When O'grog had recovered the druid trained him to focus his rage and use it as a weapon to overcome his foes.

The druid had tracked the humans that had slaughtered O'grog's tribe to a town that was about 20 miles away. O'grog and the druid went to the town only to witness the adventurers being given a hero’s welcome with a feast held in their honor. Both where outraged. They attacked in the middle of the feast taking the adventurers by surprise and killing (with the druid doing more of the killing than O'grog) them adventurers and many town guards, a fire was started by one of the mage's spells resulted in several buildings in the town burning to the ground (which was blamed on the Orc). This experience only further confirmed to O'grog that humans are evil and need to be stopped.

Shortly after the battle the druid told O'grog a prophecy he had foreseen. That prophecy being that the humans would one day destroy the world through their greed. And O'grog must travel to the sword coast and raise an army to stop this.

Thus O'grog traveled to the Balder's Gate region and began to from the Red Fist Army taking in all those the humanity persecutes, such as Tieflings, Warlocks and Orcs.

Goals:
His goal is to take the Sword Coast from the humans and make them subjects to the other races so they stop spreading their hatred and depraved culture (he of course does not realize he is spreading hatred himself).

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts:

There are many factions that could go to war with O'grog and the Red Fists. There are also many who could manipulate the Red Fists to help them achieve their goals or destroy enemies. Anyone who says that their enemy are humans or human lovers can easily influence him to attack their enemies. He also has the misguided idea that demons are good and can be commanded by anyone with demon blood or who says they received orders from a demon, this is due to the shamans he grew up with conversing with demons as a way to help the tribe.

An interesting story, but can I ask how the druid revived O'rog, trained him how to focus his anger and got him strong enough to kill the entire adventurer party that had killed his entire tribe? And how did that happen so fast that they got there in time to see the adventurer party get a hero's welcome? That implies a 30 minute - 3 hour training montage.

Even if you said it took a few weeks for them to get to the city and the druid knew a shortcut (Which wouldn't make sense since he tracked them and therefore would have had to go slower than the adventurers to follow the trail) that would only mean maybe a week or two training. How did O'rog get strong enough to single-handedly do what his entire tribe couldn't - and in their home turf too with other defenders in a village? Am I missing something?
