Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Reader Lillith of Candlekeep can be seen venturing into the graveyard at Baldur's Gate to ask the old man who studies bones a few things about undead. She would ask a number of questions:

How can an undead kill without wounding? What kinds are capable of such? Are any associated with water or the sea?

What such attacks might leave a person pale and unnaturally cold, while imparting enough of a taint to even cause one victim to rise as a ghoul?

Has he noticed any signs of undead around the Gate lately?

Acolyte Calo'mel can be seen conversing with Lady Alyth of Elfsong Tavern before handing her a folded paper and a coin purse.

"Looks like I'll be staying here a while"

After settling on a room at the Blades and Stars Inn. Cal heads to the docks to hear of any rumors among the sailors of unsettling deaths in the local area. Before he departs he perform a spell of Sending to further along what's been learned so far to the scribes back at Candlekeep, hoping their knowledge can provide a new insight in the investigation.
