Shur slinks in the shadows of an alley in the City of Dark Weavings, his body presses tightly against a brick wall as he listens in on two Jalukul speaking. His ears perk at their conversation, and a grin slowly parts his lips.
"Oooo?" his eyes glint as he eaves drops, then murmuring to himself he asks," What is this? Some old hag with riches and power, wanting mercenaries capable of breaching the surface? You're a lucky Jaluk this cycle, Shur!"
The Dark Druid chuckles before slipping out from the alleyway, blending quickly into the throngs of S'shamath's populace.

The whisper of an old hag reaches the ears of Xercia Dantress, taking some of the temple's new recruits for combat training. She cackles at the message and turns to the three novices...
Dos may naut be Faerz'un'arren and may outrank ussa but... Dos still answer to Yath'tallar who have asked ussa to test dos.
So here's one of the tests. Without giving names, who do dos think, would answer a call for mercenaries such as this one?
She looks at the three hopefuls confused faces one by one as they try and compile an answer.
- Mercenaries would... - says one of them.
- This is obvious. - Xercia grimaced at the response - But if dos were to use this information to expose one's weakness, who would that be...
Again confusion entered the face expressions of the trainees and silence became very audible that moment.
Anyone...? - she says beginning to get annoyed.
Desperate individuals - says one of the hopefuls - uhm... - she ponders - Ones needing plak'la or status. Grasping for straws for their position to still hold any meaning in the society...
Xercia narrows her eyes pleased.
Bwael. A very bwael answer. Dos are correct and dos will find wisdom and power in dosst words said this cycle. If dos survive the training this cycle and further understand this lesson, usstan can see a promising Yath rising in Sshamath. Meanwhile, we go.
