Faustus is a most unusual Shield Dwarf. Faustus is exceedingly tall for a dwarf with a true albino complexion, a high childish voice, and almost no body hair. As a baby, Faustus almost appered human and physically, he matured very quickly for a Dwarf. Nothing is known about his true origins. Faustus was mysteriously left at one of the many human orphanages in Waterdeep when he was a baby. It took many years to discover that he was not human. The monks who ran the orphanage eventually presumed that Faustus' abandonment had something to do with his unique appearance.
there has been much speculation about Faustus' peculiarly non-dwarven appearance and demeanor. Perhaps there is some human blood in him, or an even stranger mix of other races. Perhaps magic was involved. But to this day no one really knows.
By the young age of 15 Faustus had already reached his full height. About this time he left the orphanage and had to fend for himself. He fell in with a group of of relatively good-natured thieves in Waterdeep who took care of him for several years and taught him as much of the craft as he could learn - though Faustus was far from an adept.
A year ago, Faustus met Father Connel Myrmidion an extremely old Priest of Moradin and one-time captain of the Royal Guard at Citadel Adpar. Connel was the first Dwarf to acknowledge Faustus as a Dwarf and made it his goal to teach the young Thief how to be a true, honest Dwarf regardless of his strange mannerisms and appearance. Connel felt a Dwarf was defined by his homor and his courage - not his looks or his beard. For 2 years the old priest taught Faustus the ways of Moradin and gave him room and board in his small Waterdeep church. Not long ago, Connel finally gave in to his age and passed away. On his deathbed he formally adopted Faustus. Having outlived all his children, he bequeathed to Faustus the prpud heritage of the Myrmidion clan and a small mithril locket - the family heriloom signifying one as a Myrmidion. A Myrmidion has an ancestral right to apply for a spot as a member of the Royal Guard of Citadel Adpar, and one day Faustus hopes to use that that necklace to apply for and earn his spot on the Royal Guard. After Connel's death, Faustus left Waterdeep to find his way in the world and learn the skills needed to be a member of the Royal Guard. Faustus is now 19.
Faustus is exceedingly shy at first, and wary of strangers due the ridicule he usually suffers and his own lack of confidence in his Dwarvishness. But once he is comfortable, Faustus can be quite talkative - even overly so. Faustus is smart, but tends to act first and think later. Faustus is fascinated by all things Dwarven and is always trying to learn more about his heritage and prove, as best he can, that he is a true Dwarf - often without much success.

Having been tricked by the topic heading, I read your bio (normally I don't read bio's so as not to gather up info that my characters shouldn't have).
All I can say is. . .very nice! See you in game.

Re: Faustus Myrmidion
As I have gotten some levels, I've mae Faustus a little less shy in a 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 setting - even with strangers. In bigger groups he still is shy. Practicality forced the change as being too shy is a bit cumbersome 1 on 1 for getting any RP started lol

Which is perfect for someone like Natalya, because She is also a very shy, and introvert individual
