Such leaflets were scattered all over the city, put into places frequented by residents and visitors alike: Lukhorn's Gullet, Great Elixir, Shattered Scepter, Glouras' Wings, Spider's Kiss. These scraps of paper are in fact on closer examination are empty spellbook pages used as parchment with following text:

The page-leaflets are put anew, but otherwise, without any changes, being completely identical down to the dots, most likely copied with use of magic.
