The Harlot Herald - The Sword Coast's Sleaziest Tabloid

Kel and his minions have been seen hammering sheets of parchment into local roadsigns, bulletin boards and even the occassional wandering undead. The parchments advertise The Harlot Herald; a local newspaper visiting the comings and goings of the Sword Coast.
The first edition is evidently free, as multiple issues are included with each sheet of advertisement. The paper promises insights into the shady dealings of Baldur's Gate's officials, news on the glorious acts of the merchant state of Amn, and much, much more.

The bottom of the advertisement pleads readers to pay Kel - Herald Extra-ordinare - 1000 coins for each new issue of The Harlot Herald. Or to engage in a lifetime subscription of The Herald, costing a mere 5.000 gold with no additional charges for future issues.
