Background: Adopted by a yuppie-gentry family in Suzail who thought having an elven child would be something of a novelty, she lived with them for a full 30 years before her parents died. As an elf, she was still a child, and was taken in by the Church of Tyr and raised as a cleric.

Attempted to purchase commission into the Regular Army of Cormyr, she changed her interest to the elite Purple Dragon Knights. Not being experienced enough, she was rejected and took to travel the world.

Living amongst humans, they found her elven name difficult to pronounce. They gave her the name "Starshine" and occasionally, "Starbuck" for brevity's sake.
Goals: Become the first divine spellcaster to be allowed into the War Wizards.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: She is a Tory at heart, but without being a tyrant. As a general rule, is against rebellions and insurgencies against Lawful Good or Lawful Neutral Governments. Good plot hooks include legal cases, putting down of rebellions, and general court intrigue.
