Background: Born into a wood elven community in north eastern parts of Neverwinter Woods, near the Crag Mountains – a series of hills and broken mounds infested with orcs and goblins, Jhaeros learned to take care of himself from his early years.
In line with his wood elf culture, the trade of a Ranger came to him naturally as the elven boy showed strong aptitude for wilderness exploration and hunting. Always active and on his feet, he was never the one to spend lots of time socializing with others in the village – instead he prefered solitude and calmness of woodland areas and companionship of animals. He formed a special bond with a certain boar which he found in forest and named him Averett. The boar would grow into one of largest and most dangerous of it's kind, tearing apart and impaling foes with it's deadly tusks, something which Jhaeros himself tries to mimic with his dual-wielding fighting style.
The Wood Elves of the village paid their respects to Seldarine as whole, but it was not a surprise that a reclusive elf like Jhaeros offered his alegiance to Fenmarel Mestarine, elven deity of isolationists and survivalists.
Jhaeros often clashed with orcish tribes from the Crags and it is there where he learned much of this sworn enemy of his race, as he worked relentlessly in protecting the forest and his kin from their constant raids. Even though he is slow to make friends and uncomfortable in large crowds, he would sometimes join other elven warbands which operated in the area. It is where he met up with his kinsman and fellow Ranger, Feralyn Erithar, who will later introduce him to En Dharasha Everae – a guild of elves, operating deep inside the Misty Forest.
As he grew older and came of age, growing wanderlust in his heart forced him to depart into the world and outside his home. He left the forest and traveled around the Northwestern Faerun for a few years, before he found himself near the city of Baldur's Gate. There Feralyn, who arrived in these parts few yeras earlier, would persuade him to join the ranks of En Dharasha Everae, and help battling numerous foes and problems the guild is facing. Although sometimes unpredictable and of volatile behaviour, Jhaeros recognized the value of such cause and offered his services to the elves, now with motivation of staying instead of traveling. What the future holds for him, it is uncertain.
