Necromancer seen North of Beregost

A necromancer was spotted near Beregost with a Vampire in tow. The description of the man was stated to be a "Male Human with White hair and Black facial hair, his skin had a frost-like appearance to it and there was a cold aura about him." Quinn who had survived the attack quickly reported to the Beregost guard...who didn't respond quickly enough to the warning. The necromancer escaped and is considered extremely dangerous.
