An Unnecessary Killing.

While on the way out of Beregost, Borbag sees a man being assaulted by a cutpurse. He rushes to assist, but it seems his help was not needed... at least not by the victim. Unfortunately the cutpurse's neck was snapped by the unknown man after already having been struck down. The action was unlawful and after being confronted by the paladin, the man quickly vanished before Borbag.
Borbag stayed a while collecting evidence. He retains a partial description of the masked man and recalls seeing similar before. Further investigation to follow.
