I agree on Salvador Dali, though I prefer Alexander Petőfi.
.
On the Discworld guy.. he looks like Hoihe after a magical ritual going very wrong.. Those circly eyes !
I think Salvador describes Tildon actually better than Hoihe. Hoihe's more Petőfi! (check out my avatar!)

As for Araulan..
I can't find a singular photo on the guy I told Celduil... I'll use the photo of my instructor (the one standing)..
I think if he wore a hood he'd look like Araulan.
And I dare think their personalities match..
