Background: Delade was born and raised in Nesme, a small town that had one inn a town hall and a number of farms and a couple shops. While the town itself was not much to look at, it is a stop for adventurers traveling the Silver Marshes and it was from these adventurers that Delade gained her desire for battle and swordsmanship, She began learning the ways of weapons at an early age, Taught the way of sword dancing or twin sword style from a master of weapons. she trained until the weaponmaster informed her she had learned all the technique he could teach her, and that if she wanted to become a truly great and renowned swordswoman what she needed was experience, and there is more to life than learning the ways of the sword. For a time she worked as a guardswoman specializing in Interogation for Nesme, saving up the gold to travel, and she had to deal with a number of criminals, the worst of which a murderer named Jason Flask whom slaughtered an entire family for no reason other than to watch them bleed. Jason Flask was a strong swordsman and Delade found herself unable to apprehend him, instead she spent a deal of time recovering from a gut wound. Jason never was caught and was last seen heading towards the sword coast. After she recovered she retired from the guard and headed out to find the man who bested her in a fight, To become a better swordswoman she was driven to best the man who bested her.
Goals: To become a powerful swordswoman, able to make a name for herself in the Sword Coast, she hopes for it to be a name of fame and not infamy but it all depends on the road she travels...She's already made the mistake of giving prayers to Talos the stormlord and has been shown that he is a Deity of evil, not protection and good. Her prayers now go to Tempus but will Talos dog her footsteps?
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: Her recent devotion and subsiquent departure from worship of the god of Destruction, the fact that she left Talos's following does not bode well as talos rarely forgives those who leave him. Has very little knowledge about the deities of Forgotten Realms, her parents wanted her to follow Chuantea and did not teach of of any others, she however rejected the life of a farmer and worshiper of the earth for the thirst for adventure, her lack of knowledge about deities can get her in trouble as she has already been told that Talos is a protector and mighty warrior, so she had thought him to be a deity for good, recently learning however he is a deity of evil. Her desire to become a powerful and hopefully famous or infamous swordswoman to be recognized for her prowess with a blade by a city or country, perhaps even to start her own sword school where she trains others. She is willing to teach people weaponry and fighting styles with different weapons. Jason Flask, Murderer and maniac as well as a powerful swordsman bested her in combat once and escaped, she seeks to prove her swordsmanship improved by besting him, but he may not be so easy to find, and he tends to draw fellow murderers to his side. Accidentally killed her partner, feels guilt over his death possible haunting or mind games from this.
