A human, known by few, limps into Beregost. He is hurt but healing rapidly, clearly under the effect of a powerful regenerative enchantment. His tattered cloak and leather garments seem singed and are smouldering lightly. He can be seen talking to an Amnian guard and those that are close enough will hear him identify himself as Cucurbita Pepo. He explains to the guard that he just witnessed a wizard summon and fight alongside some undead most foul. He adds that the wizard was using these abominations of nature to hunt zvarts, possibly to collect body parts. Pepo describes striking both undead beasts down before turning on the wizard himself. However, the necromancer was too powerful, his magics cutting through stone and wood, and he unfortunately had to flee. The human looks shamed at this last admission. He goes on to describe the appearance of the foul being who would use such servants ....
