How common is Evasion and Improved Evasion in PvE? Is it something I should worry about with reflex save spells?

How does this affect Ranged Touch spells?

Most dex based mobs have evasion or improved evasion, especially the 'monk' types. I can mention a few in most epic areas. It's quite an issue, I'd say. Of course, maxing your DCs make it a lot less of an issue.

Ranged Touch spells are only affected if they allow a reflex save for half. Most of them do not.

But the thing to remember with Touch Attack spells is the Deflect Arrows feat will block them if your caster is equipted with any weapon.

Melee Touch attacks should get around this of course.

When playing my wizard, I found evasion to be notably common. It wasn't a big problem, but I did notice evasion often.
