/////just posting here as this is where everyone will see it (and I don't want to inform each guild individually). We will hold court with the dukes on Saturday August 31st around 1700GMT. This should be around lunch time in the US and late afternoon in Europe.

It's only for guilds that have been invited by the dukes. AND it's only for one or few representatives of said guilds, not the whole guild.
Only way a non-guilded and non-invited character would get in would be as hired advisor or bodyguard of someone who is.

Because it's not a public meaning doesn't mean the public won't know of it. There's simply too many loud-mouthed servants in that palace, it would be hard to keep such a gathering a secret.
And I wouldn't go in there uninvited, if I were you.
