Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I was testing out GFK in the Jeg's builder module and I couldn't use the Ghost Step ability while wearing armor. Is this really the case, because I can't seem to find anything on the class pages.

Also, is there a cooldown on the Ghost Step, and if so, how much is it?

You can use it in heavy armour. And there should be no cooldown.

Although, I tried to have it changed so that there would be a cooldown but unlimited amount of uses per day. But did not pass.
