I was wondering if any of the Charge feats grant bonus to Knockdown checks, and if so, how much and which ones and do they stack with IKD? I swear I read it somewhere but cannot recall. I even made the character around those feats, but I can't check the log for KD checks, so I just wanted to make sure.

Have not used it so will just paste it here.

Shield Charge
Type of Feat: General
Prerequisites: Shield Bash, Base Attack Bonus + 3
Specifics: If you hit an opponent with your shield as part of a charge action, in addition to dealing damage normally, you will perform a trip check without provoking an attack of opportunity. If you lose, the defender does not get to try to trip you in return. Size increasing or diminishing effects can affect your trip. (The +4 size bonus from Powerful Charge applies as well as a +4 for Improved Knockdown)
Use: Automatically once a Shield ability such as Shield Bash or Shield Slam hits a target during a charge or Selected

The charge feats with the exception of Shield Charge (which does a trip check) do not affect Knockdown.
Knockdown is hardcoded not to take any size increasing things into account. Not spells either.

Just to be clear, a successful Shield Charge can mechanically KD an enemy. It is cool and can be useful.
IMHO, the really gimped Shield Feat is Shield Smash (if successful then Dazes the opponent) since you must activate it for each instance you want to use it. If the enemy is not highlighted with red-target circle, then you must also target it with your mouse. Therefore it is awkward to use.
I suggest making Shield Smash an add-on to Shield Slam so it is active every round. If you connect with a Smash, there is a chance for a successful daze via Slam. Why is it "selected use" only?

Aha, so the bonus is to attack rolls only?

For regular knockdowns yes. It does work the way you thought for Shield Charge (which doesn't use the hardcode, that's why)

The reason this was not done is because at the time I wrote them we went with a PnP implementation. Shield Slam isn't a mode in PnP.
I believe its not a free attack on the server. If we do it as a mode that implies making it a free attack. Which is a fairly large boost because then you get to keep all your attacks that round. And you'd no longer lose the round in which you slam.
Shield Slam is currently fairly useful. Especially if manage to combine it with sneak attacks. The Dazed opponent is vulnerable to sneak attacks. If you team up a Rogue with a Shield Slamming character you can get ungodly amounts of sneak attacks, simply because you daze him every two or three rounds. Not to mention that you can combine it with Knockdown.

Daze doesn't normally allow sneak attacks?
My rogue used to have the Namarra rapier (chance of daze on hit) and it never allowed him a sneak attack.
Is the Shield Slam version a special coded one?

Yes, Karond Zlaayer tested it and came up with that behaviour. We decided we like it. It makes a good synergy with Rogues.
