Notes: Some spells have special conditions like hit dice. Some immunities can nullify effects like Death Ward, Mindblank, and Freedom of Movement. Some spells can make other spells work better as I win buttons.

May I clarify, did you write here only spells which don't have DC saves, or just have no any saves?

These are spells that I figure can be used in combat that have no DC saves. There are other spells that have no saves like buffs. I included reduce person spells because sometimes you may want to use it to lower your enemy's STR bonus. The point here is that they have some desired effect that you can use to your advantage. Non DC focused casters can be viable.

Shout, Greater Shout and Finger of Death all have saves against their primary effects. A successful save halves damage from the first two and avoids instant death for the third.

Shout and Greater Shout are simply a Fortitude save instead of a reflex save and do not allow the luxury of evasion or improved evasion.

I am going to pull these from the list then since they are more effective on a DC based caster build.

shout is great cos there is no save for deafness just for dmg... perfect vs wizards

Shout itself does not cause deafness. I added Greater Shout back in after testing; it does cause deafness with no save. This works well against warlocks. I tested it on a Blackguard Lock.

Are you sure about Energy Drain? I believe it was changed for some reason to have Difficulty Class.

seriously? well it depends on the situation but...

polar ray is one the best dmg spells
avasculate is THE spell to have
cloudkill is a great spell now
enervation drops levels without a save, thats great
ice storm has no caster level cap on its dmg so does als the elemental shield
vampiric touch is a 90 HP heal spell that damages enemies
ice darts are the best lvl 2 dmg spell
and in the end grease that works on low STR mobs even in epics
and ray of enfeeblement, c'mon...

Totally agree on Ray of Enfeeblement and Avasculate.

Then, if there is no save, it's okay. I was really mad about the text, since the true PnP spell does allow save.
