Does it not work when you're blinded, just when something is invisible?

It does not work when you're blinded nor does it help against invisible characters.
Blind fight only affects concealment, when you attack a character that is concealed. Before determining if you beat his AC you determine if you beat his concealment. If you do beat it then the attack proceeds normally, if you fail the attacks misses.
Blind-fight allows to roll twice to determine if you beat your target's concealment.
Example :
Character A attacks character B who has 50% concealment.
Character A rolls 30, not enough to beat the concealment.
Does he have blind-fight ?
Yes => Roll another time.
No => Bad luck.

It's on the wiki. These days the wiki is quite good, ever since control was passed to people who know what they're talking about.

I believe it would work against invisible creatures though, as long as you can detect them of course, because invisible creatures have concealment afaik until the invisibility is removed. Greater Invis gives you concealment so it seems like it should work.
