*several cycles ago, after a certain Myrkul worshiping Orc insulted Irrtana, she and a new "toy" took to the tunnels to cut him off and wait to kill the Orc where he might be going after an angry wizzard teleported him away before he could be introduced to his god*

But where's the steak?
For an Orc I guess it would have to be "large, rare, and skip the sides".

They probably waited for the steak to arrive. Of course their presence indicate why there is no meat left on that dragon.
