Over the next several days Jarresh, along with several other Shield members, can be seen hanging posters along the tradeway. They are hung as far north as Boarskyr Bridge and as far south as Nashkel.

Jarresh meets most questions with a smile and polite answer. Those that look the part are approached and told of the tournament from the Vigilant of the Silver Shield. He expresses to all he talks to that this tournament is to keep those skilled with sword and shield, sharp in these troubled times. He encourages even those that look new to the coast to take part in this test of martial skill.

///The Tournament will take place Saturday the 22nd at 1600 (GMT). No entry fee is required. We need participants from all brackets. If less than 3 of any bracket show up that bracket will be canceled and the prize money forfeit. Please come and take part in the fun. :)

Jarresh can be seen talking to people in and around Baldur' Gate about the tournament that will happen today. (2/22 1600 gmt) He tells them of the prize money for winning each of the brackets of skill. Assures them that rules will be followed and tells them of tournaments that have taken place in the past.

He walks the districts of Baldur's Gate spreading the word to any and all he sees. Letting them know there is a place for everyone. Either competing or as a spectator it will be entertaining.

The largest and most successful tournament to date saw dozens of competitors and fierce competition facing off for the prize in each bracket. It is rumored that Captain Mealir once again took the experts bracket and prize money while a dwarven friend of one of the recruits of the Silver Shield, Ronus, took the novice bracket.

The skilled brackets toughest competitor, an extremely rude hin was not declared champion of his bracket and any in attendance would have seen the tournament host exchanging many angry words and glances with the little mongrel, even laying his hand on the hilt of his sword at one point. He was not paid any prize money and it was murmured between members of the Shield after the event that he would be tossed if he attempted to enter in the future.
