Is this worth taking? What exactly does it do? Does it allow you to reroll any miss once?

Say your target has 50% concealment, Blind Fight will reduce that to 25%. For that matter it will reduce any to half. It is a must for PvP except Druids and Shamans, and maybe Bards.

yea, if don't have it for melee pvp plans, you are kinda screwed. Instead of 1/2 your attacks missing only 1/3 miss

Ahem, the information provided, while giving a flavour of what it does, is not entirely correct. It gives you a re-roll; what that effectively does is square the probability of missing a target (reducing, say, 50% to 25%, 40% to 16% and 10% to 1%).

Thanks Thorsson, I did not realize that.

It's also a good feat in PvM against spellcasters. Some spawns, like Frost Giant Mages or Duergar battleclerics, casts improved invisibility and even if you have the blindsight, see invisibility or true sight spell on you the miss chance will still be 50% without the Blind Fight feat.
The merit of the feat in PvP is time efficiency. You can get items, wands, scrolls or just cast spells like invisibility purge or Fairie fire that would make you not need Blind Fight at all. However people prefer to take the feat because if they do they don't need to waste 6 seconds in a fight, and that often matters. They still have to fight against 25% concealment, but the tradeoff being "1 feat + dealing with 25% concealment VS wasting 6 seconds in the beginning of a fight to cancel concealment entirely" is deemed worth it (if you have a spare feat).
