Looking for Build Tips

Hello community,
Classes Ranger/Fighter/DwarvenDefender (so far)
Race Shield Dwarf
building my first avatar for bgtscc i wanted to go with a simple fighter type. i decided against recreating a powerbuild and instead looked for synergies on my own.
I took 3 levels of Ranger, primarily for the skill points but also for free toughness feat on level3, which is prereq for Dwarven Defender.
I mixed those with 4 levels fighter.
my starting ability scores were
str 18
dex 13
con 18
int 10
wis 8
cha 8
now this might look like going for dual wield but it dont. I want to put him in heavy armor so the ranger fighting style is basically wasted on him ( i took Bow style anyway)
Feats: level1 - Luck of Heroes (whatelse..), badckground foreigner, favored enemy humans
picked feats up to now: power attack, cleave, great cleave, dodge, dash (i really wanted that +5% movement but as it turns out it prolly wasnt worth it)
Concerning skills... i maxed out concentration so far ( dont really know why i even did that. but i think it will be good when i gain caster levels, maybe more ranger, maybe dabble in cleric i dont know...), i use intimidate maxed out, got some points in listen, search and nearly maxed spot.
well. i hoped some experienced builder might give me some hints on how to continue. what feats to take, into which prestige class to dabble (got no experience with Kaedrins...)
would be highly welcome: suggestions, critique aso
