So , the one of the things that i would really like to know about this server is how you count the time, date and years . As i figured out :
spells that have duration like - 1 hour, 10 minutes, 60 seconds, 6 seconds etc. - they are counting normally as real life seconds
After PvP you avoid that player for 24, ( real ) hours if you lost ...
But how do you count one day in the game and one year in the game ? Time in the game as well , changes of day and night?
How to count time, years , date ...

Re: How to count time, years , date ...
Mechanical purposes seconds and minutes are the same as RL on spell durations. Hours on spell durations are 5 minutes IG.
For RP purposes:
Hour RL = Hour IG
Day RL = Day IG
Week RL = Tenday IG
Month RL = Month IG
Year RL = Year IG
Unless otherwise stated by DMs.
For RP purposes:
Hour RL = Hour IG
Day RL = Day IG
Week RL = Tenday IG
Month RL = Month IG
Year RL = Year IG
Unless otherwise stated by DMs.

Just keep in mind that if you say "good evening" at 21:00 but the sun is rising in game you will have to listen to the obligatory "Evening? Have you lost your mind? It's the six in the morning!" RP.
Considering OOC time is the same as IC time, we really should be ignoring the day/night cycle and picking a certain time zone (the most convenient probably being GMT) to base what we are RPing the time of day to be.
But that's just me being nitpicky.

I prefer retconning to never being able to RP at night/Daylight

Yeap ! Happened to me few times too , so now I always think twice before i say '' good evening'' or '' good day'' to someone
But wait, i have one more question .
You said that we are counting the years in the ratio RL= IC . But, for example , i started to play last year in this time with my toon who was 23 years old . And for all this time years has been changed for more than 3 years ( IC ) or something like that ... ( not sure for how much to be honest, but it is more than 1 year i am totally sure about that ) So, how much is older my character now ?

Your toon would be 24 now.
Last year was 1349, this year is 1350. Once again you have to ignore whatever the in game clock tells you.
