Monkey Grip

If I take the Monkey Grip feat, will I still be able to wield a two-hander with both hands or will I be forced to use it as a one-hander from that point on?

you will be able to do it.. the weapon will go 1h only if you equip a shield

If you only wear a 2H you will retain the 1.5 Str & Power Attack bonus. Wearing two 2H doesn't get you the bonus though.
