Personality: Elrien has hard a fairly hard, long life. He's had his brother die in his arms. He's seen friends struck down by Orcs. This has created a man of few words, speaking only what he deems needs to be said, and having little friends. The few friends he does have, however, he treats with the utmost care and respect, willing to risk his life for these individuals.
Habits/Hobbies: Elrien is quiet and tends to do things on his own. A past time hobby of his is finding the nearest Orc encampment and laying siege to any Orc that steps 100 feet from the stronghold.
Weaknesses: Elrien's only real weakness is going after those he holds true and dear to his heart. Careful though, for if you're going after his friends, he won't think twice to begin going after yours and even you.
Background
Elrien originally hails from the High Forest where he was born. Tragedy took place there, causing him and a handful of other Rangers to move to a new location. This new location would end up becoming the Rawlinswood, south of Narfell. Elrien, unlike the others he had come with, decided to venture forth into the lands of Humans. He soon joined a militia in the town of Jiyyd named Narfell, where he resided and lived for many years, eventually reaching the rank of Captain before he decided his time in Narfell was over. For over fourty years, Elrien has travelled throughout the lands of Faerun and has finally found his way to the Sword Coast, where he believes his next home may lie.
Goals
Elrien's one and only goal is to find a new place he is able to call home, a place where he is able to reside and live out the rest of his years in a forested area.
Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts
Elrien has not seen his sister, Glefin, in more years than he can remember. He can hardly picture her face or what she might look like. His years of travel were not without purpose as he has been travelling in an attempt to hear something, anything, that will point him in the direction of his lost, beloved sister.
