No, it should only protect you against the spell "Fear". It won't do anything vs dragon auras, ghostfaced killers, man at arms abilities or such.

Greater heroism gives me immunities to fear from a dragon. How do you figure? That's without lesser mind blank? What spell is giving you fear immunities?

It is not a spell, it is an item. My apologies, I should have been more specific. It is a ring, +3 def AC, Spell Immunity: Fear.

Any item that gives you spell immunity only works on spells that target you directly. Even then I have heard rumors they don't work all of the time.
