A flyer begins to make it around the coast

Dear reader,

You have the exciting oppurtunity to advance the practice of wizardcraft here on the Sword Coast by volunteering to participate in the magical research of Arch-Magus Boddynock Namfoodle, Illusionist Extraordinaire! Each experiment will be conducted by a trained professional and a trained physician (in case of calamity), although the worst to have happened so far is one participant called Dercury Meskia (name changed to ensure privacy) did in fact wet himself and collapse crying for his mother. We are looking for test subjects of every gender, race, and occupation. Test participants must agree to certain terms and conditions, including keeping the details of the experiment private (in order to prevent skewed results with future participants). All participants who agree to the terms of the experiment will, upon completion of the test, be compensated with 100 to 200 gold coins (depending on the results) for their time.

Terms and Conditions:
Participants agree to follow the intructions of the experimenter for the duration of the test.
Participants agree to allow the test to be conducted in private, allowing for the privacy of both the participant and the researcher.
Participants agree to answer truthfully all questions posed during, or as a part of, the eperiment.
Participants agree to keep the details of the experiments private, on penalty of having thier memories wiped.

The remainder of this post is OOC, as I wish to explain to you what is going to happen so you can decide ahead of time what an appropriate reaction for your character will be. for this second series of experiments you will be asked to imbibe a modified potion that will lower your resistance to illusory magic. Then I will cast a modified version of weird on you (weird is a fear based death spell, it literally scares you to death). The modified version, first and foremost, does not kill, but if it works it wil knock you out. Secondly, it does not summon a generic phantasm, it will delve your mind and summon what your character is truly afraid of. The purpose of the potion is so that your character does not resist the spell (this potion, to my knowledge, does not exist, so I am just RPing it). Of course you may still choose to RP that the spell has no effect if you wish, I'm not your boss or anything (although if you choose to RP no effect, your character will still see a phantasm, but they just dont believe it). After the casting I will ask you what you saw, and run a few physiological tests, this is the part that you need to think about before hand.
