Necromancer Captured.

Aeili stood over the unconscious body of the necromancer. She quickly stooped down to assess his vital signs. He was bleeding about the head after she struck him hard, perhaps too hard, with her staff and she made sure he did not pass away.
"How utterly brazen, to summon an undead in front of me and try to deny it!" the sun elf priestess thought. The zombie had been thoroughly burnt with several orbs of fire, as had the necromancer himself. As he fled to escape he had been attacked by a giant beetle and collapsed to the ground. Aeili had struck the beetle dead so that it would not completely finish off the man before he could be brought to an appropriate trial.
Aeili noticed a familiar bear and panther passing by, and she called out to them in Elvish. She knew the panther to belong to her druid friend Takash, and he approached before transforming back into his elvish form.
"Help me, Takash, this man is a necromancer. I need help to take him to Baldur's Gate for trial." Takash seemed uneasy, being unaccustomed with the region's laws. But he assented to help her, so the man was borne up by him in bear form. Opportunistic bandits had overhead the whole scene and decided to lay an ambush for the pair, causing the unconscious man to slip off the back of the bear as they fought off the bandits. After dealing with them, the two resumed their journey to the Friendly Arm Inn to seek further assistance.
At the Inn, Aeili accosted a young lady, an Ilmateri, to carry an urgent message to the Dukes and the Flaming Fist. She returned to the bear to make sure he was not being harrassed for carrying around an unconscious man. It was then that she encountered Light Evershine, and requested his assistance to see this necromancer brought to justice.
Aeili returned south to collect the zombie's remains as evidence while Light remained guard over the unconscious man at the Friendly Arm Inn until a squad of Flaming Fist should arrive from Baldur's Gate, all the while a small crowd of adventurers gathered around to ascertain what was going on.
