Yes, that. Please post a link here. I am interested in the starting stats of course. Also if you have a complete guide for the class could be helpful too. I want it to wreak buffed up havoc so i guess minimal charisma for casting rest in strength?
Prospectively want him to go for the full 30 levels favoured soul.

thanks Valefort. There seems to be a bit of a mess with stats on this one. In the starting abilities he gets +10 to str, +1 to con and +3 to charisma. whereas in the guide you made him take strength +14.
I decided to make this build after finding this weapon : Scimitar +1 bludgeoning, +2 pierce.
I think it will make a good main weapon. Is it worth it building a favoured soul around it. Opinions would be welcome.

I find that EDM FS in general has a bit more power than the STR-focused FS. No matter what option you go for, do multiclass. Going pure is inferior to the options out there.

Oh. I was thinking favoured was best built pure. Would be glad for sugestions then. As for edm i would like to avoid that on this one. He will have to buff gallore anyway and i am kinda sick of edm.
How would you combine it? I am not very fond of rogue dips from what i have seen. Would like to have something that does a bash. I may nudge myself to go zerker. But that will be a bit boring i fear.
i guess fs 20/ frenz 10 would be an option if thats possible feat wise.

I would consider a STR focused FS only if I were to play particular characters who do not multiclass well to open Turn Undead up, for instance an Eiliastreen Drow FS (cleric would mean XP penalty, so no ty. Paladin is too horrifying to contemplate because lawful Drow make me cringe, and BG is out of the question alignment-wise).

Otherwise, I fully agree that EDM is the "power" choice. The STR one gives you less MAD problems, so with a Human you might consider it if you want some flavor/RP choices (some INT for skills, some more WIS, whatever you may need), but it's less powerful.

NOT SO with a Cleric. Butt-ugly (CHA 8 or less) STR Cle/FB is easily on par mechanically with the popular (without much reason) EDM Clerics out there (NOTE: it does not do the same things at the same level. It's just overall on par).

Some options for a non-EDM option:

Monk 4. It will improve your saves and help you get expose weakness in addition to adding tumble.

Annointed knight 4 provides some feats and tumble.

Bodyguard 3 provides some bonuses and detection skills.

Fighter 4 gets you 3 additional feats. With a STR focus, it will enable you to pick up imp.knockdown.

Even a 4 dip into man-at-arms will get you tumble, +1 AC and challenge.

Berzerker is fine too, if you want to go twohanded.

I like your sugestion on cleric Aelcar. In fact i have a stormlord with pretty much that setup. It`s just that Stormlord isn`t worth it at all and i would never have started an orc had i known from the start what it means.
So i am considering 20 cleric 10 frenzy now.

Stormlord is not a class I like very much, tbh.

As for Cle, I'd play Cle23/FB7 or Cle25/FB5. 20/10 gives CL problems, because some short-term spells you might want to use are 6secs/lvl, and Divine Power (which is a staple spell) is as well. 6-10 rounds more (Extended) is a big deal on a Cleric (you dont have spontaneous casting).

You can, but it's not worth it. With your warhammer (or whatever you use) and Weapon of Impact from your spell list, you'll crit very often. With the FB damage, and the STR you'll reach, it's gonna be a very good dmg output.

WM does not give you anything. A bit more crits, but a lot less dmg. Not to mention vs the enemies immune to critical hits...You CAN go Cle/WM, but:

1) Cleric is feat-starved, and WM is feat intensive
2) Cleric wants STR and WIS, WM forces a certain DEX & INT
3) The gain in crit range is not enough to make it worth it, most of all combined with the dmg loss from the lack of FB.
4) Extremely easy to shut down

NOT recommended.
