Okay ... maybe other people already know about this, but maybe not everyone does - so here's a couple of things I discovered using the client extender

/t <Character full name> Message - Sends a tell to the character with that name, will need quotes if the character has a last name

/re Message
- Sends a tell to the last person to send you a tell

/rt Message
- Sends a tell to the last person that you sent a tell to

/o <Character first name> Message - Sends a tell based on character first name only, nice for not having to use quotes around "first_name last_name" (will still need quotes for characters with a space in their first name (ex. Lady Narasida)

/tp <account name> Message - Sends a tell based on the login account name

/invertrun - makes walking the default, use Shift to Run instead of Shift to walk

/cancelpolymorph - cancels a polymorph early if you want

/rest - rests the character

/save - saves the character

/stealth - enters stealth mode. (can be useful when the server is lagging and you need to stealth after an area transition before you can see anything)

/invite <Character Name> - invites a character to a party

/leaveparty - quit your current party

/time - displays the current game time in the Event Log

/tts - toggles speach-to-text

/away - put yourself in 'away" mode so that anyone who sends you a tell is told that you're 'away'

/afk - toggles afk

/help -displays a list of available commands

.......

There are several more in the ClientExtensionReadme.txt, including how to create custom macros to do things like linking multiple spells together, or emoting a text while casting a spell - etc
