PvP Fan Club. Read First Post and Sign Up Today

This thread is for those players who enjoy RP-oriented PvP and want to be able to engage freely in it without having to send OOC tells asking permission prior to engaging. Below is a list of guidelines that the PvP club members agree to if they choose to join. (should I make this a guild in the guild section?)
1. RP PvP only. Examples such as one rival guild member assassinating another or a bandit out to steal a few coins would be acceptable. If someone merely wishes to test their build out or beat up on low levels, please send a tell asking for permission first.
2. Free consent for PvP is between club members only. If you wish to be able to attack someone without prior warning, it is only fair that they be allowed to do the same to you. Non-members should send tells according to standard courtesy.
3. VERY IMPORTANT! Before actually attacking, set the other player/s to hostile via the player menu.
4. No bugged spells (listed below) unless a DM is present and has agreed to supervise and replace lost xp due to bugs. If you are attacked by a club member using such spells, assume that a dm is about and feel free to counterattack with a full arsenal. If something does go wrong and a PC ends up in the Fugue plane and no DM is about, take screenshots of the combat log while inside and after leaving the Fugue. This will provide proof that you were killed by another player and also provide the amount of xp that was lost.
5. To sign up, just post in this thread and give your log in name. Consent to PvP is between players, not characters.
6. Summons and animal companions are acceptable! I have tested them several times and no one was sent to the Fugue.
List of known or suspected bugged spells: Storm of Vengeance, Creeping Doom, Mass Fowl and shadow similcrum
If anyone has suggestions to make, feel free to do so. I will keep a running list at the top of this thread of all the players who sign up. I also suggest that people make a handy list for their own easy access in order to prevent accidental engagement of non-members.
