I got my Darkling Weapon today, but nowhere do I see any option for what I want to apply. It defaults to Fire without offering me the option.

What am I missing?

Not sure if it will help, but when I played Anointed Knight, I put my anointed weapon feat in the hotbar and that would activate the selection menu for me. If you already tried that then I can't think of anything else.

No I didn't. I tried it using right click on character to get the "radial" menu.

You need to put it into hotbar, then you'll get popup menu. If you click it in feat list in your character screen, it'll just fire 1st available spell which is "flaming".

If clicking it on hotbar doesn't work, try pressing keyboard key that corresponds to hotbar slot.
