I also have alertness, which was granted by the spirit shaman class, and iron will.

Of course, as a level 5 spirit shaman, have a caster level.

Non evil (true neutral)

Yet I cannot progress to harper agent. :/

You missed the pre-req feats?

Feats: Alertness, Iron Will

There might be a Base Attack Bonus requirement to the class. Perhaps someone else knows?

You do appear to possess all the feats.

I just tested in JEGS, the problem is Spirit Shaman spellcasting does not qualify. (Druid, cleric, bard, wiz and sorc all qualify though).

bah, spirit shaman are the forgotten, broken class.

Speaking of the harper's agent. Would it be possible to apply Kaedrin's changes to it? Which means reducing feat requirements to one (Negotiator in PnP/Kaedrin but Alertness would also work great) and offering full spell casting progression.

Ya, we should do something about this. HA is one of the least used PrCs and SS needs more love.

I don't think harper agent needs to be powered up. It is a great class to transition from spell caster to stealth, and I don't think two feats is that big of a cost. And it already has 4/5 spell casting progression.

BTW, I was FINALLY going to use the most useless PRC, Divine Seeker on this build. :/ (harper agent/divine seeker seems kind of like a good rp mix)

Is it gonna be a while?

So I was building a sorcerer/spirit shaman, and got the requisites for harper agent, and when leveling was able to choose either harper progression sorcerer or harper progression spirit shaman, excited, I loaded my pure spirit shaman, and nope, still can't do it with pure spirit shaman.

I haven't been able to look at it yet. My life got a bit busy recently. I haven't forgotten. In any case I do not think there would have been a quick update for it, at least not that I can promise. Perhaps in Januari or Febrary.

Isn't 'Harper Agent' in need of an arcane caster class? As far as I know, Spirit Shaman is a divine caster. . .

The NWN2 wiki mentions only: "One level in a spell-casting class is required to become a Harper agent."

In D&D the class does not require a spell casting class at all. That's just what Obsidian implemented for NWN2 (Player's Guide to Faerûn, p. 58). I would say its fine to give it Spirit Shaman spell progression. We should also consider removing the caster requirement altogether.
