The wizard by the name of Gwydion has been seen performing fiendish magic. I, Vollendrung have seen the wizard take the form of a devil just in the outskirts of Nashkel. There are others who witnessed the fiendish act and i would request that this man is brought to justice. I believe the wizard is dangerous to be let wandering the lands free and the wares he sells may be imbued with dark magic. I hope he will be brought to Justice.
