Trade Way, FAI, Deep Cave - Script Misfiring

The anti-exploit script in the area seems to be triggering under unknown circumstances on people outside of the designated room, even near the zone entrances. When I revived someone killed by the misfiring script it immediately killed them again far from the intended location.
A member of QC came to test it with me and we could not reproduce it; it was functioning as intended during their attempts to locate the bug.

Whats the anti exploit script? Or what is it doing?
I'm not sure what to look at from your first post.

The script slays people who access certain treasure without first completing the requirements (aka using a certain means to bypass them).

Can you give me an example.
I need a bit of a pointer where to look in one of the area's.

If people glitch into the loot room past the named ghost NPC (set to Immortal) they will be slain. That's the only area I know of where the script is supposed to fire.

You can to a certain extent exploit the game server with the wasd keys and "push" yourself through the door, so I placed a trigger behind the door leading to the pirate treasure that kills you if you enter inside.
No saves no fuss, just plain dead.
I'm a meanie.
