Prester reads the parchments carefully and studies the sketches---his smile growing wider by the minute.
"Well, well," he says. "A Calimport cat scratching at the Roses. Hmmm. As much as I mistrust the judgement of any man that styles himself the king of the rain, it's an entertaining tale, and not unbelievable at all. My hat off to the artist too, I reckon it'll be difficult forgetting those sketches next time I run into one of the Roses."
