A trio of maps over laid reveals a secret nestled in the shadows of Beregost. Waves of bandits meet a wall of adventurers, and the resulting blood is thick enough to leave the grass growing red for several days around the High Hedge Estate.
Murders of particularly cruel, sadistic nature plague the town. Lady Burgoz lays dead, to a suicidal assassin's knife. But these three maps may be just what is needed to take the fight to these plaguing terrors. Wyn'caellia sends correspondence out those that before, together, seized these maps and undid their puzzle. She speaks of a good, and challenging hunt to kin. Of a righteous mission to the good. And Amn's wealth surely to flow, for the ending of this menace and a slow, beleaguered return of peace to the harrowed citizens of Beregost.
The trip will be dangerous. It's impossible to tell how many thieves guilds of Amn, or even further, have summoned members to harry Beregost. But if the group has their way, they will surrender to the last man. Or die in the dusty walls of another's accomplishments.
