Epic spells

Does the server require to have High spell craft for epic spell feats? or do u need to jsut hit 21 with levle 9 spells?

Epic Spells do require high amounts of spellcraft, ranging between 24-32 depending on the epic spell.

Huh do bonuses/feats affect the ammount u need? Ive seen people get epic gate at 21

You need a base spellcraft rank to suit the spell in question.
So for example Greater Ruin requires the ability to cast 9th circle magic and 24 (base) ranks in spellcraft. Characters often have 9th level spells around level 17-18, but 24 spellcraft can only be attained at level 21.
The epic spell Damnation, on the other hand, requires 32 (base) ranks in spellcraft so it can only be chosen as a 29th level feat. See the NWN2 wiki for the exact spellcraft requirements for each of the implemented epic spells.
I don't think this person could be running around with a level 21 Epic Gate, though, as it has a prerequisite of 27 spellcraft ranks unless BG:TSCC has lowered it.
