Thoughts.

Your campaigns seem to be setup randomly, the vast majority when I am not around.

The two I was able to participate in, I enjoyed. I liked the little atmosphere descriptors you left laying around, in the form of gold piles. I thought you did a nice job setting up the map. I can see how people would get upset about them being "railroaded", but some people need to chill.

Not every DMs approach is for everyone. Nobody is forced to go say hi to your campaign, it is very passive.

The down side was I missed all the ones before it and after, so I kinda lacked continuity. I am not sure how you might handle that, of if you even need to.

I personally think your events are some of the best, if not the best on the server. I find with many events, for instance, sometimes I lose pace of what is going on, and I feel like I'm being dragged along the "railroad" ;) behind everyone else. With your events, due to the "examine me" objects you set up for the scenes, this is never the case, since I can go back and read. As well, I enjoy the free-form method by which you perform your events. Set them up, and let people lose, telling people how the environment responds to their interactions. At first, I didn't like it, but at this point, I'm a massive fan of it. I couldn't ask for a better way to run events.

Also, I do enjoy the openness in your events, noone hogs it, nothing like that. Even with a large amount of people, from what I've seen people still find a way to RP together. It feels like "regular RP" with the event scenarios, and less than a completely different thing. It feels WAY more organic and natural. I like it.

Thank you, DMororgon, for supplying myself and this server with a gorgeous, unique experience. It doesn't go unnoticed, and it is appreciated.

Also, get a life! ;-P

I've not participated in any of your events I think, probably due to timezone differences.

I'm more than happy to join an event as long as it is relevant to my character and involvement doesn't need to be metagamed! (What I mean here is that I don't run across 10 zones just to join an event I would seriously have no IC knowledge of!)

Since you asked for constructive criticism, I'll do just that. Unlike some, no personal misgivings or sucking up. Though I do feel I have to to say that you are one sexy individual, but I still resent and hate you for all minor misgivings and inconveniencing myself and my character you have wronged me in the past. Note: I didn't read any posts above me except DMorgorgon's. If any individual thinks I'm personally attacking them or sucking up to them---***Save for DMorgoron of course***---, it is a coincidence and perhaps vanity.

What I think you do well:

Thought out events
Your NPC characters catch attention and are involved

What I believe could be improved upon:

I've noticed at times you bail somewhere in the middle and that leaves things ???? in the players mind and everything is left uncertain of how to roleplay and it can be immersion breaking depending on the event. It's not always an issue, but is during involved RP events.

I think you can be a bit more directive and assertive in events. I know you want to allow players to do as they will, but sometimes more direction is needed.

PS. I still hate you but you are so damn sexy.

I think you do a good job, Gorgon, and would be happy to do more with you in the future both as a player and a faction. I like your ideas and generally how you execute things, and they are quite interesting. You've also given me the opportunity to do a lot of things when I needed help and to be free to try and do it like my character wanted, which I appreciate. And while others have pointed out that sometimes you appear and disappear without much warning, I can be sympathetic to that; RL calls sometimes, after all. All in all it's always a pleasure to do stuff with you.
