Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Does meta magic work with reserve feats and if so how does the system work exactly? Playing around on Jegs I could use a reserve feat meta magicd to a higher level but I didn't really noticed they empowered one doing anymore damage.

Metamagic, to my knowlege, does not affect reserve feats.
If you have acid splatter, and use a level 6 spell say...acid fog, it will do 6d6.
Then, if you empower it so it uses a level 7 slot, it will still do 6d6.
