Did you already forget what you typed about half an hour before ?
How about some patience?
Or browse the Character Building Section some more - there are many posts about wizard builds.

Are you looking for an easy to play solo-build that's a wizard, ranger or cleric?
You should try to stick to one character to begin with. I'll be happy to help you out, if you just decide on which of these classes you want to start with. You also want the character to be a human, correct? Any other specifications? (Alignment, must haves etc.)

Yes to all of them. I am working on my Wizard right now.
Im only level 2 with my wizard so I have plenty of room for a build. Basically i just want to be a wizard which will be efficient and useful. I don't know much about prestige classes, but I would like him to be really powerful, summon powerful creatures, powerful spells with a high DC/DL level and so forth. My character is Neutral good.

Really powerful with powerful spells, summons and high DCs. Don't ask for much, do you?
Your expectations are unrealistic, and let's not forget that wizards are basically the worst solo class till epics. You will not have a good time soloing.
Spend some time learning, making mistakes and ultimately starting over. It's the best way to learn and to appreciate your own character. I've made at least 8 since I started on January, and only just now have one character that survived the RCR NPC (for now!).

I absolutley do not want to restart the same char after 30 levels.
Someone point me in the direction of a level 30 wizard build please. If I have to sacrifice one thing or another, im oaky with that.

I did. In another thread. But apparently you made two new threads instead of reading the old thread.

Believe me, when you RCR, it won't be at level 30.
We can give you a build, but how it ends up, and whether you will enjoy it or not, will be up to you. Casters are tricky enough to level as is when you like leveling them. Wizards are fragile when unbuffed and have a diverse, but limited amount of spells at their disposal; in contrast, a fighter (or even a melee-based caster) has as many sword swings as their HP holds out.
If you want to find Deathgrowl's build, look up the post history. Should be around the first few pages. I'd link it, but a tablet makes it a bit of a chore.

I've RCR'd at 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 17 (on an ecl+1).
You will make mistakes, you will decide a certain character isn't how you want or you want to rp something different.
Or you can ask a 6th time for a copy-paste wizard build and not gain any kind of understanding or appreciation for it.
Get out there and get dirty. I promise you it'll actually save you time in the long run.

Here's the one I linked:
http://nwn2db.com/build/?208183
But that's just a build. Doesn't tell you how to play it. And I can't really teach you. It is something you have to learn for yourself.
EDIT: Frost mage on the build is a standin for BGTSCC's archmage. Nwn2db doesn't have bgtscc specific classes.
