Turning Off Bard Song visual effect?

Hello all,
Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the bard song "swirl" effect that occurs when you activate your bard song?
Currently playing on an internet connection that isn't the best and when activated in groups, the effect slows me down tremendously. Especially in larger groups or when other players come within range.
Just wondering if there is way or not. Thanks for reading!
