Rumours spread that a long forgotten face belonging to a 'strange behaving' teifling monk draped in black robes has been seen around the lands again. The monk has been known to shadow step in plane sight often, but many moons ago, he never returned from sight and nobody had known why.
People say his behavior doesnt appear to acknowledge that he has been gone for so long, but he has returned more powerful and stranger than before. People have heard him muttering to himself.
