A hooded drow walks up to the curious billboard as the hand animates in his presence. Shadows swirl around his step, writhing his motions and seeming to blur it. He stands there for a few moments, senses around him to see who, if any, was watching. As the skeletal hand finishes it's motions, the drow's eyes peak alight, two pinpoints of silver light behind the hood.
"This could be interesting...do usstan dare say the one in the lower levels of the necromancer's playground?" Standing there for a moment, one finger tapping his lower lip, he turns and takes one step as the shadows surround and swallow him.
A jalil with a red cloack and hood and wearing a white mask walks away the market muttering to herself. Whe she sees the skeletal hand she approaches to the bilboard and stands for a couple of minutes in front of it in silence and without making a single movement. Suddenly, she lifts her hand as she was going to touch the hand, but when her fingers are close to the hand she tilts her head and turns in a 180 degree roll. She stands there for nearly ten seconds and tilts her head again. Then, she walks to a barrel in front of the bilboard as she starts singing a song to herself and, with an agile jump, she sits on it. She remains there looking to the skeletal hand and still singing and balancing her legs marking the rythm of the song.

The hand remained motionless until the jalil begins to sing. Somehow the bones of the hand vibrate slightly. The forefinger begins slowly to swing in rythm of her song. With each tone passed more parts of the hand participate and soon follow the rythm confidently. The hand seems to like her music.
"Voi oogooeg!" an abyssal curse can be heard as the jaluk Zakn'atar disturbes the situation with his presence as the skeletal hand begins to form a fist as response. Something small and invisible seems to drop down from the billboard to the ground. Something that tries to get away quickly, not caring about noises in the process.
In the meantime the hand begins to form drowsign words that differ this time.
"Crypt Wyrm. Find skull. Be first. Obtain the power."
After a long time singing to herself sit in front of the bilboard, Lil'ly becomes silent as she watches Zakn'atar coming close to it. She tilts her head to one side and another with some rythmical movements and frowns behind her mask when the jaluk stands in front of the bilboard, not letting her to see the skeletal hand. She stands up with an agile jump and starts walking to Zakn in an angry mood when, suddenly, she listens a noise, like something has just fallen between the hand and the jaluk. Running quickly she jumps and plunges to the ground, trying to grab whatever has made that noise, not caring of pushing the jaluk in the process.

Zakn'Atar stands with no intention to grab what has fallen to the ground, nor the reflexes to get it before Lil'ly. He eyes her as she shoves him away, but quickly any anger he felt is being taken over by curiosity
"What you got there jalil?" he asks plainly showing no emotion
Just back from training in the tunnels of the underdark, the armoured warrior quietly browses through the market, keeping an eye out for possibilities of employment. Seeing the interest in the board, he waits at a discreet distance, knowing an opportunity when he sees it.
Taking up a position where he can see the hand, he notes the gestures it makes. After hearing the first faern' words he watches the wizard fade, then turns his attention to those that come after for a moment, and nods as the commotion gives him a view of the new gestures.
Shifting the great axe on his back, he moves towards he board, chuckling softly to himself. One thing most of these wizards had in common, other than a high opinion of their abilities, is the desire to have others do the hard work for them.
When he is just close enough to decapitate either of the two figures there, if the need arose, he speaks quietly, "If either of dos wish to be the first to claim this prize, Usstan can be of assistance. Xas?"
While waiting for a reply, he assesses whether either figure is a danger to him, and which can benefit him more.
Some people say if you can't do something right, don't do it at all...I say maybe you just need more practice...?
Lil'ly grabbed something as she plunges to the ground.
Something alive...
Something with reptilian scales...
Something with extremities...
Something that claws at her arms!
It attacks (13+12=25) Lil'ly's arms to get out of her grab. If she gets hit make a fortitude save.
The hand begins to wave in an epileptic way towards Zakn'atar, trying to get his attention back before forming drowsign words again.
Find skull.
Obtain power.
Rival there.
Hurry.
When entering the crypts second floor people might notice that the undead wyrm's lair looks empty. Wheres the undead wyrm? Only his hoard can be seen, where a closed movable chest can be found. It weights a bit and has the size of an average orc head.

After a horrendous battle within the crypts, the Illusionist Nymrath Urlbrak laid waste to the animated body of the Dracolich.
With skull levitating behind him, he strode proudly through the streets of Sshamath with passerby staring with awe, disbelief or suspicion. Curiously enough, he stops in front of an ordinary looking billboard and directs the skull at it's base. He stands there watching the billboard.
It attacks (13+12=25) Lil'ly's arms to get out of her grab. If she gets hit make a fortitude save.
Luckily, Lil'ly´s fullplate armor protects her for being hit. Still laying on the ground, she frowns and mutters something after the nasty attempt of the thing to damage her, and quickly reacts grabbing her mask and putting it over the escaping thing. Her now visible golden eyes gleam and she starts giggling with a compulsive laugh.

Immediately after the attack on Lil'ly the thing becomes visible. Its a small, green-skinned demon with horns and tail - a quasit.
As she puts her mask over the creature, it cackles shrilly invoking a fear effect upon her which seems to have no effect. Still trying to escape her grasp it screams in common tongue: "Dont hurt! Dont hurt!"
At this point, a few guards and citizens have gathered to see what was going on. Some were more concerned with shopping than a wizard's dealings, but others appeared interested in the quasit.
0: A coated figure went to the billboard and did something there.
1: The next cycle Istlyn watched the billboard from afar. The wizard Nymrath appeared at the billboard and went for the crypt shortly after. Lil'ly approaches the skeletal hand but it didnt react to her. She then walked to a barrel and began to sing for a while. The hand awoke and followed her rythm.
2: Zakn'atar appeard at the billboard and the skeletal hand shakes something invisible off. Lil'ly jumped toward it and grabbled the quasit. The hand spoke twice to Zakn'atar. Istlyn moved close to Lil'ly and Zakn'atar and offered his help at getting the prize.
3. Nymrath came back from the crypt, where he found the skull and walks toward the billboard. He stands beside the other two drows, levitating the skull in front of the billboard.
4. Present. Waiting for the reaction of Lil'ly, Zakn'atar and Istlyn to Nymraths appearance. Nym, did you inspect the skull on your travel? Then do a d20 roll for spellcraft (once, dont cheat) or cast detect magic.
