Server down?

Just got booted and when I try to login I get timed out. 
Same. Seems to be down.
Edit: I've had an unusual amount of lag these past few days.

No lags on my side this time but I heard someone else complaining about it.
For me all was just fine then all of a sudden the server went down.

About that, did you guys forget to use the server vault for the one that just went down? Just logged in and the characters are all old, outdated, and lower levels. Some character missing entirely. yeah this looks like you guys are using an old Vault for the server, I estimate the one that was used last week.
