Question about Invisible Blade Unfettered Defense

Is the AC bonus based on the base INT modifier or does it include item bonuses. For example if my base INT is 17 but I have a +3 INT ring and I have 5 levels of invisible blade do I get +3 or +5 AC bonus from unfettered defense?
