ASoC's Improved Quicken vs more AT Sneak Attack?

Is Improved Quicken still good? Or did the nerf to Bigby 6 make it too meh?
If the choice is between 1. Improved Quicken + 7d6 Sneak Attack or 2. no Improved Quicken + 8d6 Sneak Attack, the first option is probably better by far, right?
(Sorry if this question is basic; my character-building game was never very stronk.

)

Your character building game is superb if quicken is an option at all
If it's against a single sneak attack die improved quicken wins by a landslide. Quickened mantles are huge among all the other things you can quicken. It really makes your character so much more diverse, not to mention powerful.

Quicken Spell is one of the most important feats you can get on an arcane caster. Unless you are a Blood Magus with scars (and even there, I recommend taking it...), it's really important you get it.
Improved Quicken Spell goes far, far beyond those 6th Circle spells you can finally quicken: it's about the spell management of all others.
If you are an Arcane Scholar, take it. There is no other reason to pass up the DC you relinquished just by taking the PrC.
Furthermore, the added Sneak Attack dmg is a pittance.
PS: the nerf to Bigby 6 is not a problem for a high INT wizard.
