A god has a number of domains, for example Tyr has those domains : Good, Knowledge, Law, War.
When you take the cleric class and pick a god, let's say Tyr, you have to pick 2 domains in that list and that list only. So here you could go with Law and War.
Here you can find the list of all the gods with their associated domains :

I believe there are a few clerics of Tempos around and he's the god of battle. Red Knight is also a cool option as good of strategy. Tyr also works for a warrior priest though he is the good of justice so you would need to take his dogma into consideration in your rp. There are many gods with war as a domain, but if you want to focus on battle without consideration of justice, good/evil, etc. I think Tempos and Red Knight might be what you're looking for. (Course I may be completely wrong too).
The link Valefort provided will give you the for or five domains you can choose for each god so as long as you pick a good with two domains you want you're golden!
Edited because Swype sucks sometimes...

Here's some picks for a human warrior priest. The alignment for a cleric does matter.
Evil
Bane
Talos
Loviatar
Good
Helm
Torm
Tyr
Nobanion
Neutral
Tempus
Garagos
Hoar
Red Knight
I'd suggest that you read on the gods to see what they are like before choosing. The god you choose has an impact on your character and the character should follow their dogma.

Tempus screams warrior priest the most but the other suggestions made have been very good too. We are glad that you are looking for help to pick the right domains, as it is important for clerics. Unfortunately these are difficult to change later on, the only way being with an RCR and we do not refund XP for it.
Tempus
Domains: Chaos, Protection, Strength, War
http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Tempus
You can search the NWN2 Wiki to easily see what each domain does. If you pick Tempus or any other deity with the Strength domain, it is a very good one for melee clerics as not only do you get a boost to strength - you also get Divine Power at a lower level - meaning you can have a huge amount of them. Do pick Extend Spell in your build for this purpose!
