Thoughts of the Lost One (Reverie)

"Good Night" He said to her. As the vial bust, the woman would barely be able to focus on her bloody clothes, and various wounds. She inhales that green gas, as the door closes allowing her to sleep. The last thoughts go through her head, of a memory of a father speaking to his son as the son ended up in a mess that his father advised against. The words "You told me so father, I'm sorry." "I know son, I didn't want to be right."
The irony of it catches the woman off guard, as she passes out a smile creeps on her lips, and she whispers in elven- "You told me so, Alpha." The ropes hold her, the drugs numb her, and the blood reminds her of her fatal error.

As she enters reverie, she reflects on the situation and events that lead her up to this. The meeting with a man she wanted to call enemy for what he's done. She exits the cave in the Troll Claw Hills, and this man stands in front of her. Her blades gleam in the light, as she smiles at him believing he wishes to die.

The man encourages her to not be so hasty, and that it is a misunderstanding. He would hand her a green gem, an Ametrine. As she looks at it, it makes sense to her- someone who has a temper but is really a good guy. The elf looks back to him, nodding her acceptance of the apology. From there on, she started to grow an attraction to the man who is so much deeper than just another human, and would have the desire to get to know this man.

She would have no idea this desire would lead to her here, now. Apparently everyone knew it would lead to this moment, and she wouldn't listen. She is the very definition of being alone, and was well warned that being alone would result in her own personal hell. She thinks back of her two beautiful sisters, and growing up on them. For the rest of her Reverie she tries to focus on the positive- not of what is yet to come.
